Health & Safety

Health and Safety training is compulsory for all team members as Neat&Spotless is committed to providing a safe working environment. Our team go through Health and Safety induction and training to lower risk when interacting with our customers.

Hazard Identification

The policy requires staff to identify any potential hazard and document the actions taken to address the Hazard in the best way possible. Any Identified Hazards are to be recorded in the Hazard identification register which is checked daily. Our policy requires that any identified hazards must be reported immediately to the supervisor or operations manager to rectify or preferably eliminate in the best means possible to ensure the safety of our team and customers

Accidents and Incidents

All employees are required to ensure accidents, incidents and near misses are reported and recorded. An injury register that is on each work site must be completed in full by the injured person or a person acting on his or her behalf for:

1. Every injury – no matter how minor and regardless of whether the injury results in a claim

2. Serious near misses

Corrective Action

Following discussion with the manager and the health and safety representative, practical corrective measures must be detailed to ensure non-recurrence of accidents and incidents. If necessary, a rehabilitation program of corrective actions will be implemented.

Notification of Interested Parties

Our policy is to always practice clear and open communication with interested parties when it comes to Health and Safety. For any hazards, accidents and incidents we require that communication is to be made in person verbally to correct company representative followed by an email as soon as possible, no later then 48 hours from when Hazard was identified or when accident or incident occurred.
