Police Vetting

All Neat & Spotless personnel have been police vetted. This is a measure set in place to assure our customers we are prioritizing security and safety of their staff and property when completing our service.

Insurance cover

In the event of damages incurred by Neat & Spotless, we wish to assure our customers that Neat & Spotless have set in place insurance as an assurance that after a thorough investigation should we find that the damages incurred were caused by Neat & Spotless we will ensure these are repaired or replaced and reported on for preventative measures.

Team Training

Knowledge is power and training is key to ensure the team we have provide the high quality service our customers deserve. Neat & Spotless team members undergo regular training for their wellbeing and for our customers benefit. We want to assure our customers that responsible Neat & Spotless personnel will be present on their work sites.
